Account and data deletion

The current version uses local storage and Google Play Games instead of a separate Iso Escape server account.

Remove local and cloud progress

  1. In the game's Account screen, sign out. This disconnects the game's local profile; it does not sign you out of your Google account.
  2. Clear Iso Escape's app storage through Android settings, or uninstall it. This removes local progress, retained device snapshots, hints and the cached purchase status. Backups managed by your device or OS may have their own controls.
  3. Use Google's Play Games data-deletion instructions to remove Iso Escape's saved game data. Select this game unless you intend to remove your entire Play Games profile.

Disconnect and clear the game's local data before signing back in. An active local save can synchronize again and recreate progress after cloud deletion. The game's Reset progress button only clears local levels; connected cloud progress can return on the next sync.

Purchases and provider records

Deleting progress does not issue a refund or delete Google Play transaction records. Google Play controls purchase history and refunds. A valid non-consumable purchase can be restored from the store after reinstalling. Advertising providers and Google may have separate data and retention controls.

Support and earlier beta data

For data sent to support or stored by older beta versions, email info@sproutquest.co. Describe the data and the version involved. Never send a password, access token, payment-card number or full receipt. We may need information to verify ownership and clarify any retention requirements.
