Iso Escape — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Iso Escape (the “Game”), published under the SproutQuest brand by an independent developer. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Who may use the Game

Iso Escape is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can independently agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve your use. The Game is not designed or marketed for children under 13.

2. The Game and your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules. The Game and its content remain the property of their respective rights holders; you do not acquire ownership of the Game or its assets.

3. Guest play, accounts, and progress

You may play offline as a guest or optionally sign in through Google Play Games. Level progress can synchronize through Google Saved Games. Hints and cooldowns stay on your device. Remove Ads belongs to the purchasing Google Play store account, which may differ from your Play Games account. Local progress can be lost after clearing app data or uninstalling. Synchronization and recovery depend on the integrated platforms; the Game does not operate its own account server. Older closed-beta accounts and progress are not imported into this version.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity carried out through it. Please do not impersonate others or attempt to access another player's data.

4. Virtual rewards and hints

Hints, tokens, stars, and other in-game rewards are gameplay features. Unless the Game explicitly states otherwise, they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or sold between players. We may adjust game balancing, rewards, levels, and features to improve fairness, security, and gameplay, subject to applicable law.

5. Advertising and purchases

The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements, such as watching an ad to receive a hint. Ad availability, completion, and rewards may depend on the ad provider and network connectivity. Fraudulent or repeated reward claims may be rejected.

The Game offers an optional one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Payment processing, eligibility for refunds, and purchase disputes are governed by Google Play's applicable terms and consumer protection laws. A purchase may need to be restored or verified to apply on another eligible device or after reinstalling the Game. Removing ads does not necessarily remove non-ad promotional or service messages.

6. Fair use

You agree not to cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, falsify ad reward or purchase events, interfere with the Game's systems, reverse engineer the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the Game to violate others' rights. We may restrict access or invalidate fraudulent transactions when reasonably necessary for security or fairness, subject to applicable law.

7. Online services and third parties

Some features require an internet connection and may use Google Play Games and Saved Games, Unity In-App Purchasing, Unity LevelPlay/ironSource, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Google Play Billing. These providers may have separate terms and privacy notices. Availability may change because of maintenance, outages, platform restrictions, or discontinuation of third-party services.

8. Privacy and account deletion

For information on data processing, see our Privacy Policy. For local storage and Google Play Games deletion steps, see Account and data deletion. For support records or data from older beta versions, email info@sproutquest.co. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Signing out does not delete Google Play Games data or Google Play purchase records. Some data may need to be retained where required by applicable law or to resolve valid disputes.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Game functional but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features. If we materially change these Terms, we will update this page and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after an applicable change takes effect may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

10. Liability and consumer rights

The Game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
